Our Training Methods and Core Values
What are our methods of training?
We develop high quality training modules including trainee guides, worksheets, job aids, and facilitator manuals based on analyzing performance needs and gaps to design, develop, implement, and deliver a proper training program that can meet needs of trainees at improving their skills and careers. Basically, training methodologies will be used for the training programs such as slides presentation, photo discussions, case studies, discussion groups, evaluation tests, brainstorming, work sheets, and role playing.
